Golden Rule Karate Tournament

There was a GREAT turn out for the Golden Rule Karate's Fourth Annual Tournament! Well over 300 competitors showed up from all styles and age groups.

As usual the competition was fair and well run. The rules were strictly enforced and as a result no injuries occurred.

The end of the day saw the traditional Grand Championship Fight among all winners of all adult categories. From the Geen Belt who had a fantastic reverse punch, the brown belt with the kicks that seemed to cover the entire ring to the final Grand Champ Thomas Kately - ALL showed their expertise and sportsmanship.
